1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 20phsky platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses any part of the platform. By using 20phsky, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the 20phsky platform and remain in effect for the duration of your use. 20phsky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 20phsky Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 20phsky.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in real-money gaming on the 20phsky platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 20phsky strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age verification procedures during the registration process.

If 20phsky discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 20phsky platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 20phsky makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 20phsky account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.

20phsky reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 20phsky platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20phsky account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 20phsky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 20phsky immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 20phsky recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to 20phsky is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 20phsky account. Bets placed, transactions initiated, and communications sent from your account are deemed to have been made by you. 20phsky is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

20phsky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your 20phsky account within minutes of successful processing, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. 20phsky does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account. 20phsky reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days.

20phsky reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 20phsky platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 20phsky does not support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 20phsky are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

20phsky employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generators

All electronic games on the 20phsky platform — including slots, virtual table games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factor.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at 20phsky are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to electronic manipulation. Video feeds are monitored continuously to ensure integrity.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, 20phsky reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 20phsky's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. 20phsky is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 20phsky platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 20phsky staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.

8. Responsible Gaming

20phsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 20phsky provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 20phsky players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 20phsky platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 20phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 20phsky platform without prior written consent from 20phsky.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 20phsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

20phsky's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20phsky does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

20phsky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 20phsky Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

20phsky implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 20phsky cannot guarantee absolute security.

20phsky may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

20phsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 20phsky will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 20phsky platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 20phsky's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 20phsky will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
